Jessica  holds a BSc. in Exercise Science and is an ACE-CPT. She also holds other certifications such as Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, TRX Instructor, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, E-RYT, and RPYT. Being a fitness instructor, personal trainer and  yoga instructor since 2012 has provided her the opportunity to teach to a wide variety of people such as: seniors, prenatal, postnatal, runners, active military and veterans, rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain sufferers, people struggling with anxiety, depression and the list goes on.

In 2016, she earned her 200hr yoga teacher certification with emphasis in hatha and vinyasa style yoga through Blue Fire Yoga in Okinawa, Japan. In 2017, she traveled to Rishikesh, India earning her 300hr yoga teacher certification at Rishikesh Yog Peeth completing additional studies in hatha and vinyasa yoga principles, yogic philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and Yoga Nidra. In 2018, she earned her 85hr prenatal yoga teacher certification through Yoga Deza in St. Charles, MO from Jane's House of Well Being. She is also certified in other styles such as yin, restorative, and chair yoga. She has studied with well known and experienced teachers such as: Leslie Howard, Liz Koch, Jules Mitchell, Gil Hedley, Cyndi Lee, Jill Miller, Tiffany Cruikshank, and more. 

Jessica provides evidence based information, guidance and support, empowering students throughout their pregnancies, childbirth, and parenthood. She offers program design, corrective exercise, diastasis and pelvic floor rehabilitation, breathing and meditation techniques for stress relief, restoration, and relaxation. ​Jessica's classes improve strength and flexibility as well as nurture the mind, body and spirit for pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery. Her classes are accessible and inclusive for all pregnant people during all trimesters of pregnancy and any stage of postpartum. Jessica also provides a variety of workshops as a YACEP for her students and teaching community.
